Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CartFlow (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing or using CartFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use CartFlow. If you are using CartFlow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@cart-flow.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. All prices are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CartFlow for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful code.
• Scrape, mine or copy data without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into CartFlow. We only use it to provide, maintain and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

6. Integrations

CartFlow may connect with third-party services (e.g. Xero, Stripe, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

7. Intellectual property

CartFlow and its content, features and functionality are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartFlow and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or AUD $100 if you have not paid anything.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

CartFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

You may stop using CartFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose a legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use CartFlow ceases immediately; we may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
