CartFlow exists because mobile food operators — food trucks, market stalls, coffee carts, pop-ups — were stuck choosing between spreadsheets, paper, and software built for fixed restaurants. We built the tool we wished existed.
Our mission
Give independent mobile food and event traders one place to run their business — sales, events, staff, stock and accounts — so they can spend less time on admin and more time cooking, serving and growing.
What we believe
Built for the road, not the counter
Most business software assumes a fixed shop with steady wifi and a back office. CartFlow assumes a truck, a market stall or a festival pitch — patchy signal, one phone, and no time to fill in forms between orders.
Operators first
Every feature starts from a real problem a food trader told us about: reconciling a day's cash, finding staff for a last-minute booking, working out which events are actually profitable.
Trustworthy by default
Your sales data, your staff records, your accounts — they stay yours, isolated from every other workspace, with access controls enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.

We'd rather ship something a trader can understand in five minutes than something impressive that needs a manual.
